Summer Wedding Done Right

I'll be attending a buddies wedding next weekend in the Eastend of Long Island which means I'm already planning what to wear.  

Some tips to follow:  

• Keep the fabrics and colors light to avoid being the sweatiest guy at the wedding
• Wear classic shades.  
• Wear shoes that compliment the color of your suit (be sure to have them shinned a day or two before and get rid of those square toed shoes!)
• Loafer socks or no socks at all.
• Keep accessories to a minimum, a necktie or bowtie with a pocket square or lapel pin will do. 
• Drink in hand.  

Oh, and be sure to hit the dance floor!

Whatever your flavor is when it comes to shorts just remember that fit is everything. So if you're rock'n camo, chambray, khaki, or a floral print be sure to avoid the sloppy look by choosing a tailored, cut above the knee style.
